Futura c.a.v. - Holiday apartments on the sea

The residence is located 1 km south far from the centre, in a quiet place, only 200 m far from the beach; all round it is possible to find restaurants and take-away, bar and shops of typical products.

The residence has little houses surrounded by a big common garden, with apartments at the ground floor, with a direct access to the garden, and on the upper floor with terrace.

It is possible to park in the street in front of the apartments, or in our adjacent covered parking to pay. To reach the sea (5 minutes by foot) you cross a beautiful pinewood; the beach is free, but nearby, it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs.
For common use a children playground, barbecues and a gazebo with tables and chairs in the open air; and also three washing-machines with tokens, racks for bicycles, and the nice garden with garden seats for your relax.

Our residence has 3 kinds of apartments. Three-room-apartment on the ground floor (about 55 m²) max 5 people: • direct access from the garden • double bedroom with a double-size bed • double bedroom with two single beds • living-room with a sofa bed and Tv • modern kitchen with gas rings, big fridge with freezer, kitchen equipment • bathroom with a shower • table and chairs in the open air • heating in winter.
