Podere Casalpiano is a typical Tuscan farmhouse, located in a peaceful, uncontaminated area of Maremma. Recently renovated faithfully according to the original architectural plans, it is now a welcoming house in the heart of an area full of natural riches, near hot springs (Caldana baths), just 6km from the sea, with the option of fine sandy beaches (Follonica Gulf) or the jagged coast of Baratti, archaeological parks and nature trails with pleasant trekking paths, mountain bike routes and medieval villages which can also be reached by bike (Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto).
The complex is formed of a central building and an outhouse, which makes for a total of 13 apartments (twin share and triple share, including triple share with access facilities), furnished in a welcoming style, can accommodate 4-6 people. Guests can enjoy the large garden with the swimming pool, play area for the children, barbecue and picnic area with gazebo, shaded parking.
