Our holiday house offers its guests a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a paddling pool, air conditioning, heating, insect screens, common washing machine and green areas, where you can relax and sunbathe.
From our house, situated in the country of Val di Cornia, you will easily reach in a short time the most beautiful sand and rock beaches of the Etruscan coast with its enchanting pinewoods, ideal for cycling and trekking.

Our apartments are very bright and well-ventilated, and provided with air conditioning, insect screens and common washing machine.

Bed and bath linen change every week, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas, air conditioning, washing machine use and heating.
Children under one year of age are free.

Services not included in the price
Additional bed for children under 4 years of age € 52 per week, cradle 30 € per week, additional bed and bath linen change 8 € per person.
