Roccastrada

Roccastrada is one of the villages in the province of Grosseto unique. The town stretches from the plains Grosseto Tirreno until March and again until low mountains to land cultivated with vineyards and hills on which arise ancient medieval villages, all in 28,000 hectares. The village is located on a hill and thus has a wonderful scene. Around the historic centre, which houses a beautiful home XIII century church dedicated to St. Nicholas, have developed new areas of settlement, including the "New Center", built around the highway, that the quality of buildings, the presence of car parks, places of stop and passage for pedestrians, along with a variety of activities and functions, make this true urban center of Roccastrada.
