Borgo Valmarina
This set of buildings in this small tourism centre were designed to recreate the atmosphere of a Tuscan village, and consist in five small villas situated at just 500 metres from the sea.
Each villa, built from highly ecological materials, is divided into four apartments (two-roomed and three-roomed), all on the ground floor and each one enjoying a portion of the garden, fully equipped with tables, umbrellas and chairs.
The shared spaces, the little piazza and the 90 sq mt pool are all situated at the centre of the village, similar to the old farmyards of the past.
There is a splendid avenue of pine trees on one side of the complex leading to the main villa, then continuing to the fringes of the famed Montoni nature park.
The apartments (14 two-roomed and 4 three-roomed) consist in a spacious sitting room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, one single bedroom (three-rooms), bathroom and external fully equipped veranda.
The two-roomed flats can comfortably accommodate 4 persons; the three-roomed 5+1, and all have allocated parking.
There is also a spacious communal room available for guests next to the reception area.

Podere Valmarina
This is a typical Maremma farm house, situated at just 500 metres from the sea, and with easy access from the old Aurelia highway.
The rear of the house looks on to a completely fenced in garden of about 500 sq mt, where there is a 30 sq mt pool and a children’s playground.
This area adjoins the open country and the allotted parking spaces reserved for each apartment.
The front of the house faces the old Aurelia highway, but is protected by acoustic sound barriers. To the rear can be seen the hills of the Montioni nature park.

Podere Valmarine has 7 apartments: six of which are two-roomed and one three-roomed. The three apartments situated on the first floor have the use of a large terrace of around 100 metres which overlooks the surrounding hills, while those on the first floor have the use of private areas of the garden with umbrellas, tables and chairs. All are fully furnished and equipped, and benefit from air conditioning and central heating (on request).
The apartments measure 45 sq mt, and have a spacious sitting room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and closet.
Six of the apartments are suitable for 4 persons and one for 5 persons.
