CAMPEGGIO BAIA DEI GABBIANI FOLLONICA

The Baia dei Gabbiani Camping-Village is located right on the beach along the Maremma coastline, in Tuscany, Puntone di Scarlino, which is only 5 km south of the beach town, Follonica, from which the same Gulf in front of Elba Island takes its name. The campsite has areas for trailers and tents with electricity connections at 3 ampere max plus very comfortable bungalows.

Inside the campsite there are 3 types of bungalows which can accommodate 4-5 people.
Located directly on the confine between the campsite and the beach they are arranged in 2/3 rows offering access to the sea without having to cross any campsite or public roads for a very, very relaxing and low-key vacation...

The bungalows are equipped with all the comforts such as air conditioning, satellite TV, a private parking space, 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, dishes etc…) with a small stove and a 140lt refrigerator, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and sink (no bidet) and another smaller half bath, as well as a veranda with a table and benches.


They also come with bed linens that are changed every Saturday for free, for stays of at least 14 nights. Towels are not included but they may be rented. Cradles or camp beds may be placed in the living room area but not in the bedrooms. Final cleaning is included only if the bungalow is left tidy at the end of the stay.
Dogs are always allowed in the bungalows
but cats are not since they may provoke allergies. According to the Tuscan regional law from October 2009, dogs are permitted in all public areas on the leash, included free beaches, if not indicated otherwise. Therefore it is possible to take your dog with you on the free beach, directly in front of the campsite. At Baia dei Gabbiani, our 2 and 4 footed guests will enjoy a pleasant holiday together...
